Refund and Returns Policy

At Genamave, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms for returning items and obtaining refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at info@genamavel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original receipt.
Ship the package to: Genamave Returns Department
5859 N Bogardus Rd, Austin, Indiana.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at info@genamavel.com with a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item.
5. Exceptions
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items without an RMA number may not be processed.
